Youth Support

Supporting young people to broaden their horizons and reach their full potential has always been a central priority for our Club. In 1992, we started our Life Skills Programme, designed to raise and donate funds to local schools to support the delivery of life skills education. This encompasses the social and interpersonal skills that children and young people need to manage their lives, navigate the modern world, and become responsible members of society.
Since its inception, we have raised and donated over £310,000. Feedback from schools confirms that this contribution has made a meaningful and lasting difference to many young people.
We have now expanded our Youth Support Programme to support other projects and initiatives that help young people meet the challenges of the modern world.
If you are considering a project that supports young people in our community and need help or support, please contact us, we may be able to help info@harpenden-lions.co.uk
